Horses For Lease and Sale

Experience the benefits of having a horse of your own without the full responsibility of ownership. Our lease program gives riders the opportunity to ride more consistently, develop a strong partnership with one horse, and gain greater independence, while our team continues to manage the horse’s daily care and overall well-being.

Lease riders select designated riding days outside of their regular lessons, coordinated with other lessees to maintain a balanced and organized schedule. Ongoing lessons remain an important part of the program, ensuring continued instruction, structure, and steady progress for both horse and rider.

Leasing also provides expanded opportunities for participation in competitions, clinics, off-site events, and other activities. Lease riders receive priority consideration for these experiences with their lease horse, allowing them to confidently take the next step in their riding goals.

All necessary tack and equipment are provided. Routine veterinary care, farrier services, and general maintenance are covered by the owner. Any medical expenses resulting from injury while the horse is in the lessee’s care, as well as competition and related expenses, are the responsibility of the lessee.

Leases begin with a required two-month commitment and may continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter. A one-month written notice is required to conclude the agreement.
